Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain intimate items must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Decide between a free exchange for a different size or color, a return for store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely pack your items in their original packaging or a mailer of your choice.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
